We are members of Nigerian Bar Association, the international Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria and Capital Market Solicitors Association.
The firm to date has distinguished itself in several areas of law. We have to date involved in the handling of sensitive and high profile matters in the areas of resources control; representing state governments in litigation and related matters such as dispute over oil blocks and sundry major commercial and constitutional issues.

The firm has appeared before the ICPC and EFCC representing clients from time to time. We also undertake debts recoveries for several banks. We have on occasions acted as solicitors to NCC whilst the combine experience of the team has greatly aided the recoveries of claims for aviation accidents victims. Severally we have acted as solicitors to Nigeria Deposit Insurance Company ( NDIC).

Our Alternative Dispute Resolution practice is evolving and we have recently concluded a high profile case before an arbitral tribunal where we represented a foremost telecommunication company in a dispute that arose out of construction contract of its headquarters building in Abuja.

In the area of shipping and maritime, we are not novice and are presently before an arbitral panel in a case involving merchant ships and cross border supply of petroleum products.

As solicitors we played an important role in a turnkey construction project by a state government having drafted the construction contract for the building of governor’s lodge.

Our foreign investment practice has also seen us   acted as local solicitors and facilitator in the establishment of a foremost international hotel brand in Nigeria.

Our real estate section has developed in bounds over the years with sale and purchase of properties for high networth individuals and corporate organisations in all parts of Nigeria and overseas.

We have acted as receiver managers of some enterprises where we impeccably discharge our duties creditably well and earn the trust of both the creditors and the debtor companies.
